Commercial Carl Moyer Lawn and Garden Application
What Is The Process
- Apply for one or more vouchers using the form above and submit to Lassen County APCD (at office or email to jsterling@cityofsusanville.org) with a photo of equipment.
- If approved, LCAPCD will issue you a voucher for each piece of equipment to be replaced.
- Turn in your voucher to the Participating Merchant of your choice and they will reduce the purchase price of the new equipment by the voucher amount.
- Before receiving the new equipment, the replaced equipment must be destroyed and scapped.
